CTO & Founder
B.A Psychology, M.Information Sciences, M.CompSci (courses completed). 11 years of experience in AI development.
Tyler brings 11 years of experience in AI development in both industry and research contexts. He has co-authored with Dr. Yoshua Bengio, and led research in the areas of emerging technology and the law (published on World Economic Forum's TopLink platform), distributed ledger & blockchain technologies & security, algorithm-driven medical record matching, and the use of AI for automatic categorization of environmental behaviours.
Outside of academia Tyler saw an opportunity to disrupt internet-driven echo chambers which proliferated false news and so he led the development of EchoBurst, an approach to AI categorization of news articles with AllSides.com. He then worked as a Data Engineer at PledgeX to enhance the bidding process for construction contracts.
After working with organizations struggling to extract value from data science, ML, and generative AI, he started Warlock AI. Warlock helps organizations that are entering AI or struggling to get results from it. He became Chief Scientist at Synthmind.AI, an AI integration and education firm recognized by OpenAI and LinkedIn for its expertise.
In 2023 Tyler identified the missing infrastructure layer for enterprise-scale generative AI and founded Axon Technologies to build it.
